Qualifications
Jen Grinager has B.A. in Child Development, an M.S. in Counseling, is a licensed Therapist, a trained Mediator, and a Realtor. She has sixteen years experience including working with children in the public school system and with the County Department of Child Welfare Services. Jen has been extremely active with school boards in order to know the issues and come up with effective policies and ideas for making sure that the needs of students and parents are the top priority. She can provide effective leadership the board needs to provide the best education.
VES Parent
I am a parent of a student at VES. Since my son started in the district in Kindergarten, I have attended the school board meetings and most regularly over the past two years. The pandemic has been an eye opener for many of us and I was inspired to start a National Chapter of Moms For Liberty in the County, a non-profit, non-partisan organization focused on parental rights as it applies to our children’s education. As Chapter Chair, it has given me the unique opportunity to attend school board meetings throughout our County and I realized that we needed strong leaders on our board to better reflect the values of our community.
My Goals
I am passionate about ensuring the best education as well as inspiring good citizens for our future leaders and community members. I will be dedicated as a school board member to my oath of office in upholding the Constitutions of our Country and our State, to watching over the budget and making fiscally intelligent decisions, to maintaining the local control we were intended to have, and to improving our children’s education and preparedness for their future.
